What a difference a month can make!

Hair uncombed and not a speck of makeup but can you tell how much my face has slimmed in just one month on this Keto diet? Really starting to love life again!

Must Read Introduction

I started this blog four years ago when I was 62. At that time, it was a means of tracing my health and fitness goals and titled Living With Intention. I'm happy to say that I did get fit with the help of our local gym and my fitness trainer. I did improve my diet and lost over 65 pounds. Everything was going great until last year when I was diagnosed with a return of endrometrial cancer that had metasicized to my lungs. Needless to say, my entire world changed. I'm now eight months in and my once strong, fit body is now exhausted with the least exertion. It's been an emotional and physically trying journey. So, I started this journal to not just help me but to help others who are traveling the same path and to help their loved ones to understand what the cancer patient is feeling. I've now been in both positions and I know how lost I've felt dealing with both so hopefully, I can help others avoid some of that and to know they are not alone.
