I somehow got my days mixed up. I counted the days since I started and today, I’m 18 days on Keto. So, a bit over two and a half weeks and I’ve lost 12 pounds so far, one more today! Doing better with my meals and the topsy turvy nutritional balance, 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. I’m feeling better both physically and mentally and have more energy.
